For women carrying it all

Not yours to carry just because you can.

At work and at home, people count on you. You see what needs doing, and you get it done. Over time, more and more lands with you, not always because it's yours, but because you know how to carry it.

You don't have to call it burnout or know exactly what's causing it. You already know the load is real. And being capable of carrying it doesn't mean you should have to.

What I couldn't see

For a long time, I thought I was just a hyperachiever. I couldn't sit still. I kept going.

Now I pause. I take things slowly. I enjoy my life. I carry less, and what I carry, I choose.

I used to carry everything I could. I didn't see that every choice I made required self-sacrifice. In my culture, doing something for yourself meant being selfish. In corporate rooms, I had so much to prove. I could have had agency my whole life. The permission wasn't there.

Seeing started with my son, who is twice-exceptional, and then with me. My own ADHD diagnosis showed me nothing was wrong with me. I had been navigating so much, and I did the best I could with what I had.

The layers opened one at a time: how I'm wired, the permission I'd never been given, my relationships, my health, the environment I worked in. Only after five and a half years could I reach the deepest one. Through PTSD therapy, I saw that for almost ten years I had held myself responsible for my son's thriving, because of how his life began. I learned that guilt belongs to wrongdoing, and I hadn't done anything wrong. It was never mine to carry.

Today I put myself first, and I still show up for the people I care about most.

I wish I could tell you it was easy. It wasn't. I'm not sharing this so you'll follow the same path. I'm sharing it so you can see what it took, and choose where you want to start.

What we look at together

A focused conversation about what's shaping the load you're carrying, wherever it shows up: work, home, family, or relationships.

What's shaping your load

What is being asked of you, what you have available, and what you haven't been able to see yet. Before you decide to stay, step back, or push through another year.

How it connects

Across work, home, and the people you care about most. You're not navigating any one part in isolation.

Where you want to begin

You don't have to sort through everything at once. We make more of the picture visible so you can choose what deserves your attention.

This isn't coaching, therapy, or self-improvement. When something belongs with a specialist, I'll say so.

Start with a conversation.

Tell me what's been taking your capacity. You'll leave with a fuller picture of what's shaping your load and where you want to start.
