The founder story
Everything I navigated became information.
For five and a half years, I've navigated complexity, uncertainty, change and transition, often all at once. I tested what I learned in my own life first, then shaped it into Human Capacity Design™, so others can see it too.
I built it as a founder, while parenting.

20 years designing human experiences.
Investment bank: building relationships with institutional clients.
Private bank: building relationships with private clients.
A nonprofit that runs like a startup. Hired to deliver events, I made the case for a department and built it: a team of ten running 70+ events a year.
