Speaking and trainings
I don't just talk about seeing differently. I create that shift in the room, in real time.
People leave my sessions already starting to see their own situations differently.
Talks, workshops and trainings for women, parents, organizations, neuroinclusion, and events and experiences.
Where I've spoken
Plus virtual sessions for early education and parenting communities, a top-tier global consulting firm and the ASUG technology community, and podcasts across a wide range of fields.

What I speak about
A sample of sessions by audience. Find yours below. Every session is built for your audience and what you want them to leave with, so yours may look different from any of these.
Navigating It All, More Fully as Yourself
For women holding work, home and everyone else's plans, including women newly diagnosed with ADHD or other neurodivergence, or starting to wonder. Seeing more of what you're navigating, and what's already working, so you can choose what matters next.
For women's networks, employee groups, and neurodivergent and ADHD communities
Seeing the Whole Child
For parents of twice-exceptional (2e), neurodivergent and all children. Every child shines in some places and has a harder time in others. Seeing the whole child through a strength-based lens, and the conditions around them, so the adults in their life can respond to who they actually are.
For parent groups, 2e and neurodivergent communities, schools and educators
How We Navigate Transition Shapes What Change Delivers
Your people and your clients are navigating changing demands and expectations. Seeing the human conditions that shape whether a change, program, product or service delivers its value.
For leaders, HR, change, product and client experience teams
What Neuroinclusion Can Teach Us About Designing for Everyone
A hands-on workshop on neuroinclusion through a strength-based lens. Participants surface their own assumptions and work on their own solutions, designing for the full range of people.
For event, workplace and community teams
Knowing Your Audience Isn't Enough
Registration data tells you who's coming. It doesn't tell you what they're carrying when they arrive. Seeing more of the human in the room, and designing with it.
For event, meeting and experience teams
Mind Your Capacity
What you're carrying shapes what you can take in, connect with and act on. Seeing your own capacity more clearly, and choosing what to do with what you see.
First given at IMEX America 2026, to a standing-room crowd

Why I speak
When a room starts to see more together, something shifts.
People recognize themselves, and each other. They find words for what they've been navigating, and realize they aren't the only ones. I speak to create that shared recognition, and to give people permission to see themselves and others more fully.
What people tell me after my sessions, again and again
“The way she explained the concept was simple and accessible, yet it led to a powerful realization: often, when we feel stretched, it's because the demands placed on us exceed our capacity in that moment. … Because of what I learned from Yush, I started taking a few minutes each morning to assess my capacity and identify small things within my control that could help me meet the day's demands more effectively. … I'm incredibly grateful to Yush for giving us not only the knowledge, but also the language and practical tools to better understand ourselves, learn more effectively, and perform at our best. And now we can do that for our audiences too.”
How every session is built
I tailor every session to the people in the room.
Before I build a session, I look at who will be there and what they're likely carrying when they arrive. Then I shape it around my Recognition Sequence™, so people reach their own conclusions instead of being handed mine. It's Human Capacity Design™ applied to the room itself.
- Arrive seenI start with what your audience is already carrying, so they recognize themselves and feel at ease.
- ReframeAn assumption they've always held starts to loosen.
- RevealDifferent questions bring what's been out of view into the picture, and new possibilities appear.
- TranslateThey see it in their own life or work, often live in the room.
- OrientThey leave with a clearer sense of what they'll do or decide differently.

How I work with a room
Have a keynote slot? I fill it as an onstage interview or fireside conversation, built for dialogue.
Hands-on, as one session or a series. People work on their own real situations, not hypotheticals.
Guided, shared sense-making for a group.
I bring specialists' work together and translate it into what your audience can use.
Conversation-led, in person or remote.
In person or virtual.
Bring this to your audience.
Tell me about your event, who'll be in the room, and what you want them to leave with.
